Per VDCA Bylaw 15, the Association's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
This meeting will be held in the Fred Maurice Pavilion at Beacon Hill Park as per normal AGM procedures (pre-covid).
Per VDCA Bylaw 21, Elections will be held during this meeting for the following offices:
President
Second Vice-President
Treasurer
Representative to Cricket BC
Per VDCA Bylaw 23, nominations for these elections must be received at least 21 days before this meeting, i.e. not later than 6:00pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
