It is with deep sadness that the VDCA announces the passing of one our stalwart members. Phil was born on April 9, 1956 and sadly passed away on November 12, 2019. There will be a service on the 12th of December at First Memorial Funeral Home, 4725 Falaise Drive. The service starts at 2.00 pm. Further details will be announced in the Times Colonist shortly.
