Player Registration

All Players must be registered with a Club within the VDCA to participate in any match played under VDCA administration.

Complete the appropriate (Senior / Junior) form below and submit to your Club representative, for submission to the VDCA Secretary.

Prior to completing registration for the current season, any outstanding registration forms +/or payments owing from previous seasons (see the Unregistered Players page) must be received by the VDCA.
Archived registration forms from previous seasons are available.

Player Insurance

Players must be registered with the VDCA to be covered by the policy. (See Registration above.) The plan covers all participants, managers, coaches, executives and field officials throughout the entire season. Players are covered at games and at practice. The policy covers medical costs incurred over and above those normally covered by B.C. Medical (up to $10,000). The policy does not cover basic medical costs if an individual does not have B.C. Medical coverage. Dental treatment resulting from injury to whole and sound teeth is covered up to $1,000. Medical and/or Dental treatment due to an accident must be completed within 52 weeks from the date of the accident. Players are covered throughout British Columbia. Third party liability is $4,000,000.
