Annual General Meeting

Update: The VDCA Annual General Meeting for 2011 was held on Wednesday 19 October, and was well attended by members of a wide range of clubs. Elections were held for the offices of 1st and 2nd Vice President, with thanks and congratulations to the outgoing Javed Khan and Tanzil ur Rehman for their work throughout their terms. They have been succeed by Pal Singh and Kulvir Sidhu, respectively.
The Midweek League AGM was held on Tuesday 18 October, with Graham Smith appointed to replace Keith Harris as the league's representative to the VDCA, and Robin Scutt returning to the office of Treasurer recently held by Pal Singh.
Club Dues for both leagues were set to remain at 2010 levels, as was the individual playing member registration fee.
It was also decided to delay the annual awards dinner (from its usual late October / early November slot) to a date much closer to the beginning of the 2012 season; we will publicise the exact date as soon as it is known.
Full minutes of the meeting will be available in a few days, on the VDCA Meetings page.
